Terms of Service
FlyforFear is composed of the FlyforFear website, forums, wikipedia, and affiliated sites, and the Flyff Private Server service. Your use of FlyforFear is subject at all times to these Terms of Service, and any rules which you may be subject to when using FlyforFear. Your accounts on any of these services must abide by these Terms of Service at all times, regardless of when the account was created.
Every time you use or access the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, and it will be assumed that you have read, understood, and agreed to, these Terms of Service. If you do not wish to comply with any of these terms at any point, please cease your use of FlyforFear, and any associated services.
FlyforFear reserve the right to amend or edit these Terms of Service at any point, with or without prior warning to any users of the service. Any amendments to the Terms of Service will be effective immediately after they are posted, and it is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service on a regular basis, to ensure that any amendments have not been made. Should you disagree with the Terms of Service at any point, please cease your use FlyforFear.
Should these Terms of Service be violated, the staff responsible for FlyforFear may either issue a warning about the breach, or terminate your account(s). FlyforFear reserve the right to terminate any of your accounts at any point, for any reason that they see fit. Termination of accounts will be at the discretion of FlyforFear, and any accounts may be terminated with no reason and without prior warning. If an account is terminated, you may not recreate an account without the express permission of a FlyforFear Head Admin, or another suitably ranked member of staff. Should your account be terminated, or if any data is lost due to a mistake or error on the part of FlyforFear, no liability will be held.
The Terms of Service and any posted rules constitute an agreement between you and FlyforFear about the usage policy, and your rights and obligations of using the service. They must be followed at all times.
Online Content
When possible, FlyforFear attempts to keep all content suitable for minors, although this may not always be possible. When using the service you accept that you may be subject to profanity, or other objectionable language, and content which may be deemed offensive or unsuitable for people under the age of 18 or 21. Although FlyforFear staff actively attempt to keep pornography and other similar material away from the service, at points this may exist, and will be clearly labelled as appropriate. FlyforFame will take no liability or responsibility for any physical, mental or emotional harm caused by the use of the service, nor any offense caused.
Online Conduct
All users must follow any rules that may be applicable to parts of the service they are using. Should these rules not be followed, relevant punitive action will be taken, and accounts may be terminated. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure all rules are read before using parts of the FlyforFear service. Although FlyforFear discourages the sale of any virtual items or property (for either real life or online currency outside of this server), including but not limited to accounts and in game items, this is not against the rules, although it is done so at the users own risk, and FlyforFear will not refund any losses occurring due to the trading of accounts or items outside of this service.
Modification of Service
FlyforFear may be suspended either permanently or temporarily at any time, without prior notice to users. Should this happen, users who have donated to the servers upkeep will not be refunded any money they may have put into the service. Similarly, FlyforFear reserves the right to modify any part of its service at any point without prior notification to users, or any refunds.
Public Communications
Any information that you transmit on this service may be logged, and republished or quoted at any point. Any personal information that is transmitted on this service may be viewed and used by others, and FlyforFear will not accept any responsibility if this occurs. Users are strongly discouraged to communicate any personal information. Personal information about any member or user of this service may be transmitted by any member of fame staff or affiliated parties, should it be communicated to anybody using this service or if it is publically available (including information that can be found on the internet).
Links to other sites
FlyForFear is not responsible for the content of any external links that can be found in the service. Should any offensive content be found, the user should contact the site hosting the questionable content.
Donations
You may donate to the service at any point, in order to help run and maintain by providing financial resources. Although you are not entitled to any preferential treatment, or any additional products or services as a result of this donation, FlyforFear may provide compensation as thanks for helping the server. This will usually be in the form of Donation Points, which are redeemable for in game items. Donations are not refundable, and reversing any charges, or taking any other methods to try and gain rewards associated with donating without helping the server may result in your usage of the service being terminated at any time.
